Terminology used

"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (e.g. cookie) or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

"Processing" means any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automatic means. The term is broad and includes virtually any handling of data.

"Controller" means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Purpose of data processing

This data protection declaration refers only to this website. If you are redirected to other sites via links on our pages, please inform yourself directly on the redirected website about the respective handling of your data. Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of Austrian data protection law. The following regulations inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data.

Your data will only be processed if you have a legal permission and will only be disclosed to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent,
  • if the data processing is necessary for the provision of our contractual services or is required by law,
  • processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation and security of our offer; Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO), as in the case of range measurement, creation of profiles for advertising and marketing purposes, and collection of access data and use of third-party services, or there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data.

The term "user" includes all categories of persons affected by data processing. They include our business partners, customers, interested parties and other visitors to our website.

The personal data processed within the scope of this online offer includes usage data (e.g. the web pages visited on our online offer, interest in our products) and content data (e.g. entries in the contact form).

We process inventory data (e.g. your name and addresses, your contact details), and contractual data (e.g. services used, names of contact persons, payment information) that are required to fulfill our contractual obligations and services. (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit b. DSGVO)

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be processed and stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions for the period of performance and use of our services. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

If you send us personal data by e-mail - thus away from the website - we cannot guarantee secure transmission and protection of your data. We recommend that you never send confidential data by e-mail without encryption.
